INFORMATION SECURITY
Fraudulent email warning to customers
Like many organisations, Holcim can be the subject of false representation by third parties, with the use of logos, employee names, website and email variants often used to try and convey legitimacy.
We take information security and fraud protection very seriously and advise customers to remain vigilant.
If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, advise us at hanz-webmaster@holcim.com and report the matter to the Australian Government's Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam) or, for New Zealand customers, CERT NZ (cert.govt.nz/report) or Consumer Protection NZ (consumerprotection.govt.nz).
What to watch for
Holcim will never:
- Ask you to change bank payment details over email
- Ask for personal information to be sent over email
- Make unsolicited orders or job offers via an unofficial email address (e.g. Hotmail or Gmail)
