Safety Leadership in Practice

We expect visible safety leadership at every level of our organisation. Leaders model safe behaviours, integrate safety into operational decisions and reinforce the standards that protect our people and communities.

We foster a reporting culture where hazards, near hits and risk events are raised and addressed early. Open communication strengthens learning, reduces risk and supports continuous improvement.

Recognition matters. We acknowledge individuals and teams who demonstrate strong safety leadership and safe behaviours, reinforcing the culture we expect across our operations.
