Readymix is our quarry products and pre-mixed concrete business with operations across all states and territories in Australia as well as some locations in China.
Humes is our concrete pipe and products business with operations across all states and territories in Australia.

Our Graduate Programs
Readymix Graduate Program
Readymix Graduates will be rotated through all core areas of the Readymix business i.e. technical (raw materials & concrete), quarry operations, concrete operations, national support groups (quarries & concrete), account management and finance to ensure they develop an understanding of the whole business. Readymix Graduates may be required to travel to various sites/locations depending upon work opportunities and personal preferences. A mentor/coach will be assigned to each Readymix Graduate for the duration of the program.
Humes Graduate Program
Humes graduates are rotated through all core areas of the Humes business giving them extensive experience in technical and design, production (pipes and precast), sales and marketing and finance. Graduates often become involved in project work within the business, helping to develop project management skills. A mentor/coach is assigned to each graduate for the duration of the program.

- Area management (management of a geographical region covering concrete and/or quarry operations with full profit accountability)
